The colonies are light brown in color on MEA (Fig.

). Mycelia are partially submerged in the agar. The optimal temperature for growth is 30 °C, reaching 74.0 mm diam in 5 days. Growth slower at 35°C, 24 mm diam in 5 days. No growth was observed at 5 °C.
