Kistner, 1989 in body shape and punctation of body surface, but may easily be distinguished from it by the smaller body, the head with post-ocular ridges (Fig. 5: arrow), the temples being convex and the shorter legs. The head capsule structure is similar to those of

<paragraph pageId="6" pageNumber="67">Body (Fig. 4) elongate, flattened; surface of fore body rugose, matte.</paragraph>
<paragraph pageId="6" pageNumber="67">Head (Figs 4, 5) transverse, depressed above, with post-ocular ridges (Fig. 5: arrow), widest at temples that are quite convex; occiput convex, with a pair of small tubercules; eyes large, less than 1/4 as long as head; clypeus truncate apically. Labrum weakly emarginate antero-medially, with 3 setae and 3 long setulae along anterior margin, sparsely with pseudopores around lateral areas. Mandibles (Figs 15-16) almost symmetric, gently curved, each apex acutely pointed; inner margin of right mandible (Fig. 16) with a small notch. Mentum (Fig. 17) trapezoidal, with several thick setae, very sparsely with pseudopores. Labium (Fig. 18) broad; prementum with a setal pore, in which seta is very long, and 2 real pores in its outer side, with several pseudopores around base of medial seta; apodeme without median projection, with lateral projection short, curved apically; ligula long, each lobe with 3 large setula; labial palpus with segment I long and apically dilated; segment II 4/3 as long as I, with membranous notch; segment III thin, narrowed apically, slightly as long as II.</paragraph>

(Fig. 4) slightly convex, with a broad longitudinal groove medially, its lateral lines convex as a pair of carinae, sides well margined and elevated, depressed along margins. Mesocoxal cavity well margined; process of metaventrite narrow, rounded at apex.
</paragraph>
<paragraph pageId="7" pageNumber="68">Elytra (Fig. 4) apically widened, laterally with a pair of carinae; postero-inner margin of elytron obliquely truncate.</paragraph>
<paragraph pageId="7" pageNumber="68">Legs (Fig. 4) moderate in length; femora slightly narrowed apically near apex; tibiae somewhat widened from around middle to basal 1/3, their bases constricted; tarsi somewhat thin.</paragraph>
<paragraph pageId="7" pageNumber="68">Abdomen (Fig. 4) slightly expanded, widest around segment IV, well convex above; surface densely punctured, matte; segments II-IV emarginated posteromedially; segments III and IV with a pair of large depressions around base,. Median lobe of aedeagus (Fig. 22) with apical lobe covered by exposed inner sac which is fused with apical margin of aedeagus and well sclerotized. Paramere with apical lobe slightly widened apically.</paragraph>

Femur long and thin, slightly shorter than cymbium, middle part of femur with dark ring, prolateral side with long strong spine (1/2 of femur length), dorsal side with two small terminal spines, prolateral side with one small terminal spine as long as femur diameter. Patella and tibia subequal in size, and each more than 2 times shorter than femur. Tibia with one prolateral spine, tibial apophysis small, less than tibia diameter, claw-like, slightly bent backwards. Cymbium without spines, tegulum bulbous, round in frontal view. Tegulum bears embolus and conductor, both arising near center of tegulum. Conductor membranous, weakly sclerotized, lying on embolus base. Embolus gradually tapering, with distinct stylus (

. Male. Total length 3.204.63. Carapace: 1.452.25 long, 1.502.00 wide, 0.801.10 high. Chelicera 0.701.43. Clypeus very low, 0.04, about 1/3 of AME diameter. Eyes sizes and interdistances: AME 0.14, ALE 0.13, PME 0.11, PLE 0.13 (AME&gt; ALE = PLE&gt; PME), AMEAME 0.13, AMEALE 0.10, PMEPME 0.16, PMEPLE 0.19, ALEPLE not spaced. Chelicera with 2 distinct promarginal and 4 retromarginal teeth. Carapace light brown with brown pattern: thin median stripe and two pairs of lateral bands. Submedian band wide, submarginal band about 3 times thinner, both bands connected by two radial stripes. Cephalic part without pattern. Thoracic groove long, well developed. Highest point of carapace in thoracic groove. Sternum light brown, without pattern. Chelicera colored as carapace, with dark median spot. Palpal coxae (0.50 long, 0.26 wide) with subparallel margins and parallel to each other, more than two times longer than labium (0.21 long). Abdomen darker than carapace, with distinct pattern formed by dark spots of different size and white guanine irregular dots. Posterior spinnerets longer than anteriors. Legs colored as carapace with distinct rings on femora and spots on tibia and metatarsus on legs IIIIV. Rings on femora darker that carapace pattern, one ring on basal 1/3, two rings on apical 1/3. Tibiae III with 7 or 8 pairs of long ventral spines, longest spine (

. Epigynal plate weakly sclerotized, without fovea, pockets, furrows or outgrowths; at first look adult female can be considered as juvenile. Large, bell-shaped pocket below posterior margin of plate, upper part of pocket with two separate copulatory (insemination) openings leading to short, straight insemination ducts. Median part of insemination duct swollen. Receptacula round. Posterior part of vulva with pair of goffered diverticula (outgrowths) of unknown origin and function. Such outgrowths became visible (erected) after maceration in lactic acid.
