Fully winged; head prognathous; occipital carina incomplete; mandibles with 3 teeth, progressing larger from anterior one to posterior; face and partly clypeus with a strong median raised carina; clypeus very large, about twice as broad as eyes; antennae without rhinaria; maxillary palpi 4-segmented; labial palpi 2-segmented; forewing with two basal cells (costal and median) enclosed by pigmented veins, without other complete veins (except those surrounding costal and median cells), their course not being marked by dark stripes; pterostigma present; stigmal vein forming an angle between the proximal and distal parts; hind wing hyaline, with costal cell, without a dark medial longitudinal stripe; fore tarsus not chelate; tibial spurs 1, 1, 2.

). Maxillary palpi 4-segmented. Labial palpi 2-segmented. Pronotum much shorter than scutum (6:17), crossed by a transverse furrow; pronotal tubercles reaching tegulae. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, finely punctate, without sculpture among punctures, with sparse very long hairs. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.4 length of scutum. Propodeum shiny, smooth, very weakly granulated, without transverse or longitudinal keels; posterior surface with central area weakly excavated, strongly punctate. Mesopleura and metapleura shiny, smooth, very weakly granulated. Forewing with a dark transverse band beneath pterostigma; distal part of stigmal vein shorter than proximal part (6:10). Fore legs not chelate, with femur strongly broadened (Figs 1, 2), broader that mid and hind femora. Tibial spurs 1, 1, 2; hind tibia with two spurs, one very long and the other short, hardly visible.
