The NHM holds a lot with eight shells from the Da Costa collection, with the original label stating &quot;Fulton co-types&quot; which are considered syntypes. The specimen that has a small label with

handwritten glued inside the aperture is designated here as the lectotype to stabilise the name. The paralectotypes are the other seven specimens from the same lot.
