Sulcus open, slightly sunken, with rounded apices and straight borders. The sulcus membrane presents visible wrinkling of the aperture membrane. This irregular appearance, resembling a series of aligned scales, could be related to chemical processing of the sample. The tectum is abundantly perforated; perforations are less than 1μm diameter and the surface of the tectum is psilate.</paragraph>
