). Wingspan 8.0 mm. Head white, occiput pale brownish yellow. Labial palpus white, second segment with basal 3/4 yellow on outer surface, third segment with distal 1/3 black. Antenna with scape white except black apically on dorsal surface; flagellum white annulated with black on dorsal surface, white and dark brown on ventral surface. Collar, thorax and tegula pale brownish yellow; thorax white posteriorly. Forewing orange yellow; three white fasciae margined with sparse blackish-brown scales: basal fascia at proximal base; antemedian fascia running from about basal 1/5 of costal margin to middle of dorsum, oblique outward, widened anteriorly; postmedian fascia from basal 3/5 of costal margin directly to dorsum before tornus, anterior half enlarged sub-quadrately, posterior half sub-triangular, with dense grey scales on outer margin; apical spot white, ovate, margined with black scales; termen with dense black scales, interrupted with white scales; cilia orange yellow, mixed with black-tipped scales. Hindwing and cilia grey.

). Uncus slightly narrowed medially, suddenly widened from distal 1/4 to straight apex. Tegumen gradually narrowed anteriorly. Valva sub-rectangular, produced distally to a beak-like process pointing ventrad; costa with basal half sclerotized, distal half sparsely setose. Sacculus narrow, densely setose distally. Saccus narrow, rounded apically, slightly longer than uncus. Juxta weakly sclerotized, folded inward and forming a wide ring; anterior lobe slender. Aedeagus slightly longer than valva, slightly curved, sclerotized apically; with a small ring-like and a small spine-like apical processes; cornutus absent.
