) wingspan 9.0 mm. Head white, face tinged with golden. Labial palpus white, tinged with golden laterally. Antenna with scape white, pecten yellowish fuscous; flagellum white, ringed with grayish black. Foreleg with femur dark gray on inner surface, tibia and tarsus on inner surface and distal part of tarsus on dorsal surface blackish gray, remainder white; midleg yellowish white, tibia dotted with blackish gray dorsally near base and at middle, tarsus black distally on each tarsomere; hindleg grayish white, tarsus black on distal part of each tarsomere. Thorax white; tegula golden fuscous. Forewing ratio 4.0; ground color pale yellowish white; golden fuscous tinges below base of both costa and fold, with golden reflections under vertical light; costa with golden fuscous spots at distal 1/6 and before apex; golden fuscous spot at costa before middle, at middle of cell, and below basal 2/5 of fold, arranged in an obliquely inward line; dorsal fascia golden fuscous, from before middle of wing, extending obliquely outward to costal 2/3, somewhat golden from approximately anterior 1/5 or 1/4 to middle; golden fuscous spot at lower angle of cell, sometimes fused with costal spot at distal 1/6, smaller golden fuscous at tornus; termen with two ill-defined golden fuscous spots; apex blackish gray; cilia gray, golden fuscous at place of costal spots. Hindwing and cilia uniformly gray. Abdomen dark silvery gray dorsally, pale silvery gray ventrally.
