. Coloration in alcohol pale brown with a transverse brown (marbled brown in anterior part of body) band on each meta- and prozonite growing increasingly broader towards hind part of body. Paraterga light brown. Legs with marbled brown distal parts. Venter and lower portion of pleura pale. Head brown with marbled brown spots and bands. Ocellaria black. Antennae brown with a light brown distal part.

Each eye patch composed of at least 30 ocelli. Collum semi-circular. Body width gradually increasing until somite 7, body parallel-sided on somites 8–15(16), thereafter gradually tapering. Beginning from somite 4, paraterga normally developed, growing increasingly less distinct towards hind part of body, strongly reduced on somite 26, absent from somites 27–31. Paraterga 2 and 3 small. Metazonital macrochaetae in a transverse row on somites 30 and 31, like an elongate (to different degrees) triangle on preceding somites. Anterolateral macrochaetae shorter than medial ones, posterolateral macrochaetae longest, all pointed apically, but not very sharply so. Metazonites dorsally with two low knobs placed near axial suture on each side.</paragraph>

Claw of leg pairs 3 and 4 at base with one dorsal, additional, small claw, but without filament ventrally. Leg pairs 5–7 with a small group of funnel-shaped tarsal papillae apically near claw. Claw of leg pairs 5–7 at base only with a long setoid filament ventrally, without additional small claws dorsally. Postgonopodal legs (including leg pairs 10 and 11, without tarsal papillae.
