A). Central rod absent; only the small ovoid knob of the mediotergal apodeme visible. No frontal, lateral or posterior branches. First tergite not visible. Following tergites convex posteriorly. Lateral macrochaetae of moderate length and not very conspicuous, those of some tergites apparently broken. Cuticle of all tergites glabrous, with a mesh pattern and lateral lines in the anterior part of some tergites (
