Antennal segment II not produced on external margin; sensoria on segments III–IV simple and stout; antennal segment I without transverse ridge on dorsal surface. Tergal campaniform sensilla posterior to median setae; posterior margins of tergites I–VIII with broadly-based oval craspedate lobes that fuse at their bases to a continuous craspedum; sternites II–VI posterior margins with slender craspedate lobes, VII with lobes present only laterally. Male macropterous, craspedum on posterior tergites entire with small rounded lobes.
