Ocelli yellowish brown, eyes dark brown. Pronotum black except narrow bright yellow anterior margin. Mesonotum black. Scutellum bright yellow. Forewing dark brown, outer margin of corium brown to pale brown. Legs fulvous with dark brown markings.

Pronotum punctuate and distinctly striate in transverse to oblique direction, hind margin slightly concave. Scutellum wider than long. Forewing with 2 anteapical cells, clavus without veins.

Pygofer with caudal lobe rounded in lateral view, with three spines along ventral margin. Style slightly dorsally curved and gradually widened to apex in ventral view, apex with strongly upturned process directed posterolaterally. Connective small. Aedeagus with dorsal apodeme well developed, reaching near to apex of aedeagal shaft, basal apodeme distinctly expanded; apex of aedeagus slightly protruded, with pair of lamellate processes at midlength of shaft; gonopore subapical, slightly convex, surrounded by membranous process with distinctly serrate margin; dorsal connective fused with tenth segment, well sclerotized with antler-like processes in lateral view.

The new species is placed only tentatively in the subgenus

based on the fusion of the dorsal connective with the tenth segment; however, it has only two anteapical cells in the forewing instead of the usual three. The face including eyes being wider than long places it in the subgenus
<emphasis id="B956D752FFBE747EFB6BFCC93D75FCC0" box="[1174,1293,824,849]" italics="true" pageId="2" pageNumber="58">Sispocnis.</emphasis>
However, it has 8 setae on hind tibial row AD, as in other species of
