, but the apicoventral setal lobes are strongly upcurved in lateral view, encircling the very narrow and deep lateral interlobular gaps; and the apex the apicoventral setal lobes are rounded, not capitate in dorsal view. The pair of lateral setose areas form long digitiform processes with truncate apices, not rounded. The forewing pattern has smaller pale areas.

Male. Body and wings pale light brown with brown pubescence. Maxillary palp segment I shortest, segment II longer, segments III and IV equally long, segment V as long as sum of segments I–IV. Head dorsum dark brown, with 7 only slightly lighter warts. Proepisternum without swollen setal wart. Protarsal claws asymmetrical, laterally flanked by setal bundles. Forewing length 6.0 mm, hind wing length
