are: the shape of the pronotum; the presence of micropunctation on the pronotum and abdominal ventrite V; the absence of larger, setigerous punctures on abdominal ventrite V.
. Head: Coarsely punc - tate, punctures closely spaced, separated by ≤1 puncture diam - eter. Mentum without apical notch. Eye with weak circumocular depression. Prothorax: Pronotum coarsely punctate, punctures separated by ≤1 puncture diameter, with micropunctation in interstices. Hypomeron shallowly and coarsely punctate with light sculpturing and wrinkling. Pterothorax: Elytral interval X terminating between hind coxae and elytral apex. Epipleuron narrower than width of elytral intervals 9 + 10. Elytral inter - vals not obscured by epipleuron in ventral view. Abdomen: Punctate. Abdominal ventrite V punctures separated by ≥1 puncture diameter with micropunctation in interstices; without larger, setigerous punctures intermixed. Legs: Tarsal setae black/ dark. Male pro/meso tarsi robust with large, ventral, tomentose pads. Male terminalia: Parameres missing. Aedeagus sclerot - ized dorsally, with small membranous field at base of parameres. Ventrally membranous in basal portion.
