Anterior wing length: male 1.2-1.8 mm (n=10); female 1.4-1.6 mm (n =10). Tibial spurs 0,3,4. Abdominal sternite VII with small median spur offset from distal margin. Female with length of abdominal segment IX almost twice width, distal margin, with a sclerotised margin, mesally produced distally.
