Head slightly wider than pronotum; crown of uniform length, upper part of face and crown transversely rugose; face slightly wider across eyes than long, lateral margins of genae almost straight; ocelli situated at ends of lateral frontal sutures, closer to adjacent eyes than to each other; antennal flagellum without distal dilation in male; anteclypeus slightly projecting beyond genae, expanded apically, lateral margins slightly concave at midlength; lora small, slightly elevated above level of genae. Pronotum transversely rugose. Scutellum longer than pronotum. Forewing with 2 subapical cells, outer subapical cell closed, inner subapical cell open; appendix moderately broad. Hind femoral macrosetae 2+1, hind tibial macrosetae PD 21–23, AD 8–11, AV 9–12. Hind basitarsus with three platellae on distal transverse row.

|

Pygofer elongate without dorsoanterior apodemes, processes absent; dorsoanterior fracture and anal collar (modified Xth segment) present, the latter simple. Subgenital plates ligulate, similar in length to pygofer, with a few marginal and surface setae. Style with short basal apophysis, distal apohysis very long, curved dorsally without setae. Connective T-shaped with very short stem. Aedeagus with dorsal apodeme poorly developed; preatrium present; aedeagal shaft simple with short projection on each side apically, gonopore apical, small.
