. Head: Earthy yellow, with gray-tipped scales. Antenna earthy yellow, slightly less than 2/3 length of forewing. Labial palpus slender, reaching upper margin of compound eye, pale yellow. Thorax: Dorsum and tegula dark brown. Foreleg with coxa and femur deep yellow on dorsal surface, yellow on ventral surface, tibia blackish brown on outer surface, pale yellow on inner surface, tarsus blackish brown except yellow at apex of each tarsomere on outer surface, brown except yellow at apex of each tarsomere on inner surface; mid- and hindlegs with coxae and femora browish yellow, tibiae brown on outer surface, yellowish on inner surface, tarsi brown except yellow at apex of each tarsomere on outer surface, grayish yellow on inner surface. Forewing slightly widening towards rounded apex, length about two times of maximum width; costa slightly arched beyond distal 1/4, then oblique to apex; termen oblique, with a conspicuous notch below apex; dark brown, with yellow-tipped scales; costa with nine pairs of yellow strigulae, basal two pairs ill defined; dark brown band from costa between second and third pair of strigulae widening and oblique to middle of discal cell on anterior margin, then bent ventrad to basal 2/5 of dorsum, located before median fascia; median fascia leaden with light blue gloss, from between third and fourth pair of strigulae to 2/3 of discal cell on anterior margin, then bent ventrad to middle of dorsum; dark brown band from costa between fourth and fifth pair of strigulae widening and oblique to upper corner of discal cell, then bent ventrad to before tornus, located beyond median fascia; leaden streak with blue gloss below fifth and seventh pair of strigulae, streak below fifth pair of strigulae extending to base of R4, nearly touching inner edge of ocelloid patch, streak below seventh pair of strigulae extending to above notch of termen; ocelloid patch with three small black dashes respectively at middle of M1 and M2, and at 1/3 of M3, inner edge leaden with blue gloss, wide and vertical above tornus, outer edge absent; between two blue leaden streaks with seven to nine short horizontal black dashes or dots, archly arranged from below seventh pair of strigulae oblique to above tornus beyond inner edge of ocelloid patch; fringe dark gray, basal line black gray. Hindwing brown, with costa at base overlapped by forewing grayish yellow basally and light yellow distally; fringe yellowish gray, basal line blackish brown. Abdomen: Male genitalia (
