diam., initially conical, conical-convex or campanulate and then flattened, margin involute, entire and sometimes undulate, umbo present, becoming less pronounced with age, surface strongly fibrillose-squamulose or fibrillose-velutinous, with short, very small scales, not translucent-striate, brown, not hygrophanous.
