We have also observed this distinctive color pattern in specimens from the same host in the San Blas islands of
<collectingCountry id="F3758CED5750FF821813FD3AFA6D6D24" box="[1343,1436,752,778]" name="Panama" pageId="50" pageNumber="51">Panama</collectingCountry>
and in the Florida Keys; they are presumably conspecific. In contrast, a single specimen from

differed strikingly from these others in having an overall creamy uniform yellow to white background color with some yellowish wash on distal portions of the major chela; this presumably represents an undescribed species.
