. Scutum yellowish brown with 2 brown longitudinal stripes, which extend to scutoscutellar suture. Legs yellow except for mid and hind coxae, distal portions of femora, distal portion of fore tibia and tarsomere 5 yellowish brown. R4+5 and M1+2 parallel distally. Cercus incised on ventral margin, the depth 1/3 of its height. Postgonite with a small incision on ventral 1/3 of distal end.

Ocellar triangle brown, extending to 0.6 of frons, with a pointed anterior apex; ocellar tubercle light brown. Occiput and postgena brown. Clypeus light brown. Cephalic setae and setulae black. Antenna yellow with thick grayish microtomentum except for dorsal margin of first flagellomere brown; first flagellomere as wide as long; arista yellow except for basal segment brown, with short brown setulae. Proboscis bright brown to yellow with yellow setulae; palpus yellow with black setulae.</paragraph>

Mid tibia with a distinct black apical spur, which is longer than diameter of tibia; hind tibia with a short black apical spur, which is shorter than diameter of tibia. Tibial organ oblong, narrow. Wing 2.5 times as long as wide, hyaline; veins brown. Relative lengths of 2nd: 3rd: 4th costal sections = 3.3: 2: 1; r-m at basal 0.6 of discal cell; R4+5 and M1+2 parallel distally. Halter pale yellow.
