Forearm 34-37 mm. Noseleaf of the Bornean Leaf-nosed Bat is dark brown, very narrow, and lacks supplementary leaflet. Intemarial septum is short and parallel-sided. Posterior leaf lacks vertical septa. Pelage is grayish brown to dark brown.
